Founded at the University of Cambridge in 2015, EPV specialise in the music of the Spanish Golden Age, Choirbook lectern performance and the music of the Tudor Partbooks.
Recently winning joint-first prize in the London International Early Music Festival Ensemble Competition, EPV are building a reputation for visceral performances delivered by some of the best young British consort singers.
Frequently premiering reconstructions and championing lost or underperformed works, Ensemble Pro Victoria are proud to be associated with the AHRC Tudor Partbooks research project, led by Professor Magnus Williamson.
